Shipping Information
We use USPS for our shipping. Because we are a small studio, it may take a day or so to process orders. Depending on your location you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days excluding November and December. For an additional fee, we can offer a faster shipping service.

Hand-built Pottery is a unique piece of art and due to it's very nature and fragility, it is at a higher risk of breakage during shipping. We promise that we will wrap your package correctly. But since accidents will happen in transit, we strongly suggest that each purchase include the additional small charge for insurance (just like eBay). That way, in the unlikely event that your purchase arrives broken, we will replace it at no charge to you.

Upon purchase, the customer assumes all risks involved in transporting and/or securing shipping for their pieces. Without the additional insurance, Gone To Seed does not offer replacements, refunds, or discounts on items damaged and/or lost during shipping.

We will not sell, rent, barter, trade or otherwise share your personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.
