What is PayPal and is it secure?
PayPal, an eBay Company, enables any individual or business with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. PayPal's service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution.
We are now using PayPal to do 100% secure online ordering. To participate, you will need to join PayPal, which is a good idea anyway as they are the number one online purchasing entity. They are the backbone of E-Bay, for instance. You can sign up by going to the PayPal Website, and clicking on the "Sign-Up" button on the upper right corner of the window. It is free, and once you register, you don't ever have to enter your credit card number again to any site on the web that uses PayPal, and most sites use PayPal.
Why do I have to use PayPal?
We could add credit card processing to our site, but that would add to our costs, which we would have to pass on to you. We'd rather keep our prices low. If you'd rather, you can pay by check. We won't send your order till your check arrives and clears, but if you'd rather not use PayPal and you're not in a hurry, that's another choice.
Can't I just use my own credit card?
You can certainly use your credit card on your PayPal account. For us to accept your card directly would mean further costs for us, which translates to further costs for you. So, to keep our prices low we're just using the PayPal option. You can always send us a check if you'd rather not use PayPal.
Can I send you a check for my purchase?
We will gladly accept your check. We will wait till it clears however, to send you your items, so if you are not in a hurry, that is another option for you to choose.
Where can I find your work?
I sell my work at quality shows and markets thru out the year. Click on 'My Calendar' to see where I'll be any given day.
How do I care for my napkins?
You can wash and dry these napkins just like any other 100% cotton tee-shirt. The more you use them, the softer they get and you will not need to iron them.
Can your pottery go in the dishwasher?
I don't recommend putting any pottery in the dishwasher. The clinking and agitation may cause chipping.
